Examples of this are the EuroNEEDs study (preliminary report published in 2011 and cited by the European Commission in its Impact Assessment as evidence in its proposal for a European Public Prosecutor’s Office), evidence provided to the House of Lords EU Select Committee and a study delivered to the LIBE Committee of the European Parliament on “Developing a Criminal Justice System for the European Union”.

Previously Dr Wade has provided expert advice to i.a. the German Federal and State Committee of Data Protection Commissioners, the Rule of Law Delegation of the OSCE Spillover Mission to Skopje, the international prosecutor’s office of the ECCC, the UNDP’s POGAR conference, the President of the German Prosecutor-Generals’ working group and the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
